CMS for a nice-looking news website

By Anonymous (not verified), 15 April, 2011

Hello,

I want to create a news-portal using a CMS written in php-mysql.

The most important is the home-page also first page. It must look professional and functional.

There will be sections like news-stories, articles, comments, videos, photo-galleries, surveys etc.

I found some CMS which are popular like Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Xooms etc. But none of them has the above options in core installation. I must install some modules-components which are not written by core team and I need to customize them. But I can not code. And I dont have much money to spend to find somebody who can.

My question: which of popular CMS should I use to create a such news site without much outlay? It should be make it possible using admin web interface.

Thanks
